• Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 45 days of purchase.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

• Exchanges: Exchanges depend on product availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.

• Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as gift cards, final sale items, or personal hygiene products, cannot be returned.

• Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
